The information collected does not violate HIPPA requirements since we will not be storing this information. The information supplied by you or a healthcare provider (home health agencies, physician offices, sleep labs, discharge planners, case managers or social workers) will be erased as the end of the session or completion of the Equipment Request Form. The only information kept and collected is statistical information.

Personally identifying information collected will be used only in connection with medsuppliersnetwork.com, or for such purposes as are described at the point of collection.

MED Suppliers Network will protect the personal information that you share with us. The MED Suppliers Network does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information to third parties. If we share demographic information with third parties, we will give them aggregate information only.

Information collected is for statistical purposes. The MED Suppliers Network performs analyses of user behavior in order to measure customer interest in the various areas of our sites.
